Casino Night Was A Huge Sucess

Cypress Ranch Mustangs
wants to thank all the Mustang Family that was able to come to the Mustang Masquerade Casino night last night. The Mad Hatter and Alice showed up. The SNL Spartan cheerleaders came to cheer everyone on. The dead bride and groom took first place in the costume contest. The Pirate couple needed a bath and a toothbrush. We think the male Indian got scalped by his wife towards the end of the night. There were a couple of doctors in the house. One doctor... the proctologist... Dr. Ben Dover, brought his desperate housewife. The scarecrow ruled the dance floor with Coach Bessleman, they were showing everyone what's up with their dance moves! Let's not forget about the Mammogram machine, after all it is still Breast Cancer awareness month. The Devil and his mystery woman came in too. She was beautiful and he was scary! Cleopatra was there. The Genie and the Twister Sister were Justin' some moves on the dance floor with the red lady pirate and her Queen of Hearts. We hope a good time was had by all and hope that we can make this an annually fun time for everyone. The silent/live auction items were amazing! People went home with some really nice stuff! If you missed it, don't worry, we will do it again next year! Thank you all for coming out and supporting our AWESOME Cypress Ranch Athletes! Our next fund raiser will be our annual golf tournament in April. More information to come when that gets closer.

Thank You For Supporting Coach To Cure Cause

A big thank you to all who bought the Coach to Cure t-shirts. It has been an awesome response for a GREAT cause! We sold out in less that two days...thank you to all the volunteers who have helped get this cause organized for our Mustang Community - especially Mary Bradley - without her neither schools would have been so organized!

Also a big thanks to all of those who came out Saturday to the MOM's Club's Coach To Cure Bowling Fund Raiser. There was a good time had by all and some fierce competition between the coaches' teams. We are so proud of our school and all the support you have given to Duchenne MD this past week. We love our Mustang Family!

Cy Ranch, Cy-Fair Win Accolades For Athletics

August 23, 2011— The CFISD Athletics Department awarded Cypress Ranch and Cy-Fair high schools with a pair of honors for their athletic accomplishments in the 2010-2011 school year.

Cypress Ranch won the 2010-2011 Athletic Academic Award, recognizing the high school with the highest overall grade-point average among its athletes.

“We are extremely excited about winning this award. We are proud of our athletes, but we would be remiss if we did not also give praise to the faculty and staff at Cypress Ranch,” said Gene Johnson, Cypress Ranch athletics coordinator. “This is an honor for our campus and it came about through the efforts of many.”     Read Full Articles
